The Deluxe model of the Yellow Jacket dolly is one of our pinball dollies modified to operate with billiard tables. It has longer control handles, solid wood boarding across the top rails instead of slates (see original YJ pinball dolly) and has more options for wheel size and type customizations then our original Yellow Jacket pinball dolly.
Due to the numerous advantages of our prototype Billiard and Arcade Game Dolly (not available yet), we have stopped production of the Deluxe YJ model and will only manufacture one when ordered. We will continue to support our warranty parts replacement and will be able to produce parts for this model far into the future if needed.
We have received request for photos of our Deluxe model dolly. Pinball Medic recommends looking at the photos on the bottom of the Yellow Jacket pinball dolly page located here to get a closer approximation of what a Deluxe Yellow Jacket will look like. We will at some point be adding photos of the Deluxe model to this page and will be adding more information about our new style of dolly soon.

Pinball Medic has lowered the price of our Yellow Jacket Billiard table dolly to $350 (plus wheel and other customization expenses) to reduce our inventory of modified parts used exclusively on the YJ Deluxe model dolly. If you think this type of dolly will work with your billiard table's underpinnings we will be glad to manufacture you one.


SHIPPING DETAILS:
Pinball Medic will ship a dolly using three boxes.
(Four boxes if ordering the 8 Inch wheels option)
 The three box shipping method saves shipping charges and makes our dollies even more economical.
$75 three boxed shipping vs. $125 in shipping for a completely assembled dolly.

 Assembly is quick and easy using the photographic and step by step assembly manual.
(The dolly's construction manual is available on the CD that is shipped with the dolly. A hard copy is available at an additional fee.)
 Just twelve large and two small sized bolts are all that is required to build a working dolly.
All assembly tools are provided (except an adjustable or 3/4 inch open ended wrench).

a fully assembled dolly can be shipped directly to your door for $125 in shipping costs.
(includes $350 worth of shipping insurance)

SPECIAL ORDER WHEEL INFORMATION
Pinball Medic can customize the wheel types and sizes installed on any dolly we manufacture.
For example - installing all swivel wheels and custom sized wheels. The customer must request this customization when ordering a dolly and reimburse Pinball Medic for only the additional parts and shipping costs of the customization.
5 inch wheels - (stock size wheels) Dollies normally are constructed with two straight non-swivel wheels on the front of the dolly and two swivel wheels on the rear. This configuration makes the dolly easy to maneuver and allows the placing of a pinball machine between two other pinballs games when maneuvering space is at a premium.
A dolly with four swivel wheels can be hard to move back and forth because swivel wheels tend to "lock-up" with this kind of motion. This is the reason we use the two straight and two swivel wheel as the stock wheel configuration.
4 inch wheels - Offer less total dolly weight then the stock sized wheels with only an inch decrease in Total Dolly Lift Height.
Four inch wheels have the same Wheel Load Capacity as five inch wheels. The Total Dolly Load Capacity is not affected by installing four inch wheels on a dolly.
This size of dolly wheel can improve the compatibility between the dolly and its operator as they decrease the total dolly weight without sacrificing the easy thick carpet roll through provided by the five inch sized wheels.  There is no increase in the dolly's price or its shipping cost for installing four inch wheels.
8 inch wheels - This size wheel can be installed on any dolly we make and offers the most Wheel Load and Total Dolly Load Capacities of any special ordered wheel size. The larger eight inch wheel size is good for moving heavy Electro-Mechanical or Wide-Body pinballs with no stopping for door jams or any other wheel obstacle. It's also better for moving a pinball machine across uneven dirt or gravel roads. We don't know how many people actually take their pinballs off roading. If you live in a rural area then these large wheels will come in handy. Dolly Mud Flaps are optional.
Pinball dollies with 8 inch wheel sized tires may not roll under older pinballs machines with short length legs (Old Wide-Body Gottlieb pinballs mostly). The front of the pinball can be slightly hand lifted to clear the dolly.*
*Pinball Medic is in the final stages of designing a custom jack mount that will allow the minimum dolly height of the stock five inch wheeled dolly when the 8 inch wheels are applied to the dolly. Also we will be able to slightly adjust the minimum height of any dolly. This new design eliminates the inability of the 8 inch wheeled dolly to fit under some pinball games. This special jack mount will only be installed on custom dollies.
Minimum Lowered Height of a 8 inch wheeled pinball dolly =21 3/4 inches. To be lowered soon.
Maximum Lift Height of a 8 inch wheeled pinball dolly=33 3/4 inches. To be adjusted soon.

Additional costs associated with 8 inch wheels: (all swivel wheels can be installed on any dolly Pinball Medic Amusements manufactures)
Non-swivel wheels - $14 each wheel (2 normally used on the front of a dolly).
Swivel wheels - $20 each wheel. Comes with locking anti-roll mechanisms included (2 normally used on the back end of a dolly).
Shipping weight and cost will both increase with this size of wheel, typically by $20 for an eight inch wheeled Yellow Jacket pinball dolly.
Unless this dolly is bought in the Austin, Texas area, A four box shipping method is the only method we can use to ship this size of wheel door to door. This shipping method will save you considerably on any shipping costs increases due to the large 8" wheels. Some simple dolly assembly will be required.
