We can work on the earliest Coin Operated Electromechanical wood rails to the latest Solid State Pinball games.

'CODE BLUE'
EMERGENCY REPAIR SERVICES
Pinball Machine's Field Service is put ahead of all other Field Service Calls.
Emergency repair service may not be available after normal business hours and at all locations in our service area. Use our fast 'CODE BLUE' Repair Service when you need a pinball to perform for a business event, birthday party or any other immediate special circumstance.
Please use our Contact Form or Game Repair Request Form and include 'CODE BLUE' in the comments. Name of Game must be provided.

IN-SHOP REPAIR RATES:
Game owner must provide game transportation before and after the repair.
Labor: $45 per hour (for in-shop repair only)
Parts and any other expenses will be calculated on a per game basis and are not included in the labor charge.
PINBALL MACHINE REPAIR RATES:
Labor Rates: Field Service -- More labor and Fee Rate information is on our Service page.
$90 per hour (one hour minimum) $22.50 per quarter hour after first hour.
$125 per hour 'CODE BLUE' PRIORITY EMERGENCY GAME REPAIR SERVICE (one hour minimum)
Travel and other Fees:
$35 diagnostic fee (if the game or monitor is not repairable)
$75 Field Service Fee (waived if the game is brought to our repair shop)
$100 Game Transportation Fee applies if the game is outside our normal service area.
Pinball Medic charges 61 cents per mile (round trip starting from our repair shop in South Austin) if we have to travel outside our normal service area.
Round Trip Mileage is charged in addition to the Field Service or Game Transportation Fees.
We will not charge both a Field Service Fee and a Game Transportation Fee on the same service call.
Commercial and Bulk discounts are available for the repair of multiple pinballs at the same coin-op arcade location.
