PINBALL MEDIC'S GAME REPAIR SHOP (ARCADE OWNER PROVIDES GAME TRANSPORTATION)

VIDEO GAME REPAIR SERVICE RATES:
Commercial and Bulk discounts are available for the repair of multiple video games at the same coin-op arcade location.

Labor Rates:(one hour minimum)
$90 per hour $22.50 per quarter hour after first hour.
$125 per hour 'CODE BLUE' PRIORITY EMERGENCY GAME REPAIR SERVICE
$45 per hour for in-shop repair (Game owner must provide game transportation, Monitor removal must be done as Field Service - Monitor repair is in shop only)

Travel and other Fees:
$35 diagnostic fee (if the game or monitor is not repairable)
$75 Field Service Fee (waived if the game is brought to our repair shop)
$100 Game Transportation Fee applies if the game is outside our normal service area.
Pinball Medic charges 61 cents per mile (round trip) if we have to travel outside our normal service area.
Mileage is in addition to the Field Service or Game Transportation Fees.


'CODE BLUE' EMERGENCY REPAIR SERVICES Video Games's Field Service is put ahead of all other Field Service Calls.
Emergency repair service may not be available after normal business hours, on the weekends and at all locations in our service area.

Use our fast 'CODE BLUE' Game Repair Service when you need a Video Arcade Game to perform for a business event, birthday party or any other immediate special event.

NOTE: Video Game controls (joysticks, buttons,roller balls), electronic and monitor parts are often obsolete and can't be purchased locally.
This can limit our ability to repair video games when on a 'CODE BLUE' service call.
To insure successful game repair, Please try and contact us in advance of the desired repair date.
