Labor Rates: (one hour minimum) See Coin-Op

Field Service Rates: $90 per hour $22.50 per quarter hour after first hour.
Field service fee: $100
$125 per hour
'CODE BLUE' PRIORITY EMERGENCY GAME REPAIR SERVICE. 'CODE BLUE' EMERGENCY REPAIR SERVICES Video Games's Field Service is put ahead of all other pending Field Service Calls.
Emergency repair service may not be available after normal business hours, on the weekends and at all locations in our service area.
Use our fast
'CODE BLUE' Game Repair Service
only when you need a arcade video game to perform for a business event, birthday party or any other immediate special event.
NOTE: Video game controls (joysticks, buttons,roller balls),
electronic parts and
monitor parts are often obsolete and can't be purchased locally.
This can limit our ability to repair video games when on a
'CODE BLUE' service call.
To insure successful game repair, Please try and contact us in advance of the desired repair date.
In-Shop Repair Our Policies Game owner must provide game transportation. However, a field service and other fees are not charged on this type of service.
Monitor removal can be done as
Field Service - Monitor repair is an in shop only service.
Travel and Fees Service Area $35 diagnostic fee (if the game or monitor is not repairable)
$100 Field Service Fee (waived if the game is brought to our repair shop)
$100 Game Transportation Fee applies if the game is outside our normal service area.
Pinball Medic charges 61 cents per mile (round trip) if we have to travel outside our normal service area.
Mileage is in addition to the Field Service or Game Transportation Fees.
We will never charge both a Field Service Fee and a Game Transportation Fee on the same job.
