We are always looking for coin operated amusement games working or not to replenish our games for sale or our used parts inventories.

Our game purchasing preference includes full sized coin operated Pinball (both electro-mechanical - EM and Electronic - SS), Video games (vector or video monitor based), electromechanical Gun games, Pitch and Bat and all mechanical Arcades (including all mechanical slot machines).
We will not give quotes on video gambling, pachinko or any home-use only games. We can't repair, restore or sell these kinds of games.

Consignment Game Sales - We offer low commission rate  Consignment Sales for games in sellable condition.
Use our high traffic site to sale your good quality coin-op machine.
This service is limited to local area games.
Game posting intervals are limited. Fee and restrictions apply.

Game Repair and Inspections - A clean, working arcade both expedites game sells and increases the value of the game. We offer our experienced repair and restoration staff to inspect a game prier to posting it on our high traffic web page. If a refurbishment or restoration is performed by Pinball Medic Amusements, then no sales commission is charged to list it as a consignment game.
List an amusement game on our high traffic Coin-Op game sales or Large game parts web pages on a 'free until they sell' commission basis.

If recent game refurbishment was performed by Pinball Medic then no commission is required to post the game on our site for sale.

A Full sized coin operated game can either take up a lot of space or cost a great sum to keep in a proper state of storage.
Get back some of your investment for that space hog in the corner of your garage, arcade game room or Coin-Op game warehouse. Let someone else enjoy a game you have either out grown or no longer have the space to keep.
At the same time, earn something towards a game room addition by selling us the game(s).

While 'Warehouse Raids' are always our best source for large quantities of coin-op industry games, this type of source is becoming depleted or often have been 'Cherry Picked' for the best games. Coin-Op route people or the home game room owner are increasingly the 'usual' sources for our 'for sale' games and old game parts.
We deal a lot with small game owners and this is why we strive to make our game quote form and game inspection process as trouble free as possible for the game owner. A simple web based game quote form or an email is all that is required to get an offer from us.
Although game photos really help our buying process and may increase our offer.

We need Pinball and Video arcade listings on our site to increase our search ratings and total game sales. We now offer consignment/commission game sales and game inspections for local game owners who don't want to go through the hassle of selling a game and don't have a high traffic web page to advertise their games on.

We often get game quote forms from outside of Texas. Shipping a 300 plus pound arcade game door to door costs approximately $400 one way (See our Shipping or Tech-Tips pages for more game shipping information). This one expense makes out of state game quotes on anything but 1990 and newer pinballs (Dot Matrix Display pinballs) or very rare electro-mechanical Arcade games a money loosing process for us.
We will consider all games submitted by our game quote form, please keep in mind that we can not afford to pay for game shipping on low to mid market value games. Also, no business would survive for long if it had to pay full refurbished/retail prices on non working or non refurbished / damaged arcades. We operate on a wholesale price structure for our game offers. Just like anyone else in the coin-op business.

Game photos including the coin door, control panel, kick plate, playfield, marquee, backglass/scoreboard, side art, cabinet, electronic game boards, working monitor showing an operating game are all greatly appreciated and help tremendously with our game quote research and can increase our offer substantially. We also have to have these photos to be able to post your game as an sale-on-consignment game.

Game photos must be sent to our contact email address located on the Contact page.

Our commission rates vary on a graduated scale depending on the retail value of a refurbished game or coin-op part and it's condition.

Parting out a game may save this commission increase on water damaged or major large defective/missing parts games. Authorized minor game repair will add a 5% plus parts commission in addition to the category rate. The 5% compensation plus parts costs are due prior to game posting. If a complete game refurbishment or restoration was performed by Pinball Medic then no commission will be charged for the refurbished game. Pinball Medic must be the sole seller of the game. Game owner can not sell the game without paying the commission and other expenses.

• A non-refundable 5% game commission fee will be paid before a game will be posted on any Pinball Medic web page. This 5% will be deducted from the total commission when the game sells.

• We offer graduated consignments on all pinball, video and any other type of full sized coin-op game we normally sell on the Pinball Medic web page.

• Pinball Medic must be the sole seller of the game. Game owner can not sell the game without paying the commission and other expenses.

• Minor repair that is performed by Pinball Medic will add a 5% commission plus Parts costs to the total consignment rate. Parts costs and this 5% commission are due prior to the game being listed on our site. Monitor repair / replacement and large part replacement are considered major repair. Associated costs of major repairs will be due prior to game posting and may or may not trigger the higher consignment rate depending on how extensive the damage.

• If a game refurbishment/restoration was done by Pinball Medic, then no commission will be charged to post the game.

Note: Lock replacement is not considered a minor repair unless cabinet, coin door or any other lock receptacle repair is needed or a special lock is required. Normally lock replacement will not trigger the higher commission rate and we will charge only for the cost of the lock.

• A minimum sales commission of $20 on Large Coin-Op parts. Non-Working Games will have a minimum $50 commission.

• Full commission payment except for fees, parts, repair or refurbishment costs is due when we have received the total payment for the game by the buyer.

• All in-state sales tax will be collected by Pinball Medic and will be given to the state when appropriate.

• Large used or new game parts including, but not limited to, cabinets, scoreboards and coin-doors can be posted as a sold on commission part on the Coin-Op arcade parts page or other parts pages on the Pinball Medic web site.
Each part is subject to all of the consignment sales conditions and requirements.

• Any fees, repair/restoration, game storage reimbursement or any other costs we charge or incurred will not be refunded to the owner of the game whether the game is sold or is de-listed for any reason. Only a refundable game 'hold fee'  or 'sale pending fee' will be partially refunded if the potential buyer, seller or Pinball Medic aborts a game sell or game posting.

• A reduced  game sales commission will be charged on three or more games posted by the same game owner  unless game repair / restoration was performed by Pinball Medic. This reduced commission will be applied on a game by game basis. If repair was done to one or more of the games listed on our site, then only the repaired games will be charged a discounted commission rate.

• If recent game refurbishment / restoration was performed by Pinball Medic then NO commission is required to post the game on our site for sale. See below for further restrictions on this type of game sells.

• We reserve the right to buy or make an offer on a game before a commissioned sale is posted. In such cases, a commission is no longer expected.

• We can perform a game inspection for a nominal fee. This fee covers our travel and any other inspection expenses. These costs will be paid prior to the game's posting. All inspection details will be posted on the same web page as the game. We will not hide anything we find during the inspection. This inspection can be used to further excel the game sell and as an indication of the game's condition at the time of inspection.

• We can't inspect or verify an out of state game. Out of service area game inspections are by appointment only and are subject to travel/time limitations and fees.

• Any game photos taken by Pinball Medic are the property of Pinball Medic and will not be given to the game owner. No posting of our photos will be permitted.

• A game may be posted for a period of 30,  60 and 90 days according to the signed commission sales contract.
A small additional fee will be imposed on games listed for the maximum 90 day period. This fee will be paid at the time of contract signing.
The game will be de-listed after the game is sold or the posting time has expired. Any fees, game parts costs and repair or restoration costs owed to Pinball Medic will not be refunded in any case.

• A posted game does not have to be at one of Pinball Medic's properties, in our possession, in our game storage or any other Pinball Medic rented or owned location to be posted on our site. In fact, Large coin-op games like EM bowling allies will never be in the possession of Pinball Medic.

• We have limited game storage space and therefore arrangements must be provided for potential local buyers to inspect a game not in the possession of Pinball Medic. Any game tampering by the buyer or game owner will void the sells contract for the game or games.
If you try and con or commit fraud on Pinball Medic or the game owner or any other party involved with a game sell, we will never do any business with you and your contact information may be posted on our "Black List".

• Game payment, sales commission, fee payment or any other costs incurred that is owed to Pinball Medic must be in Check, Cashier's Check, Money Order or Cash form and sent to Pinball Medic. This includes the buyer's full payment and the game owner's commission (if not deducted from the game buyer's payment). Anything other then cash is subject to a ten day waiting period to clear the bank before the payment will be credited to the sale of a game. We do not accept Epay, Paypal or Credit Cards as payment.

Checks or Cashier's Checks originating from out of country or are written for more then the price of the game will not be accepted as payment.
If you try and con us or the game owner or any other party involved with a game sell, we will never do any business with you and your contact information may be posted on our "Black List".

• No personal information about the game owner or game buyer will ever be posted unless we have authorization. We will indicate where the game is located by general reference to the section of our service area.
We are obligated to release personal information if requested by law enforcement or by the court system in the coarse of a legal investigation. However, we will not release such information unless a warrant or other legal document has been tenured. We will not simply provide this information if it is only requested by law enforcement.
Pinball Medic does not sale any personal information to third parties and we will not use any information we gathered to send out spam emails or other advertisement.
Contact information will only be used in the completion of a game, parts sell or grievance resolution.
Exceptions: A blacklisted company or individual can have a portion of there contact information posted on our site until such time as amenities are made.
Photographs of Parts or Games may be used on our web site or used in advertisements and are considered the property of Pinball Medic Amusements.

• The game's history, current condition and game photographs must be provided by the game's owner prior to posting the game on our 'Video Games for Sale',   'Pinballs for Sale'  or  'Large Coin-Op Parts' web site pages.

• Any game photos taken by Pinball Medic are the property of Pinball Medic and will not be given to the game owner. No posting of our photos will be permitted.

• Although we can suggest game prices based on current retail values, the game's owner is ultimately responsible for the setting of the game's price. This price can be changed by the game owner only one time during a 24 hour period and during business hours. The price change will not void the commission sales contract. The minimum commission percentage stated in the commission sales contract may change if the game's price decreases to below the minimum commission rate. Any game condition changes that accrue can increase the commission sale rate or void the consignment contract.

Note: Side-Art, Marquee, Scoreboard Glass, Playfield condition, Coin Door, Game Legs and Electronic Board condition all effect the total resale value of a game. We recommend that all game damage or issues be documented in the game's photos and description. Unless this is done, Pinball Medic will de-list the game and dissolve the commission game sales contract.

• Pinball Medic will NOT sell a game that is owned by another coin-op game sells retailer.  It has taking vast amounts of web page development labor time to develop our high traffic site and we cannot supercede our reputation over a known or unknown local or out of state game retailer's reputation.

• Pinball Medic has the right to refuse or remove a game, stop a game sell or listing at any time for any reason. Especially if any fraud, game damage, game tampering or breach of  contract occur.

• Pinball Medic in no way assumes responsibility for game condition or damage at any point in the consignment or commissioned game sale process even if the game is in our procession. This includes but not limited to game shipping, inspection, in our game storage or at our showroom.

• All game and large coin operated game parts shipping and shipping insurance must be negotiated between the buyer and the game owner.
Pinball Medic is not responsible for the creating and shipping of a game unless this has been set up by the game's owner. Game or parts Shipping will require additional costs to either the buyer or owner depending on the negotiated shipping contract.
Shipping insurance will be paid by the game owner. Any shipping damage to a game is the responsibility of the game's seller (not Pinball Medic) whether or not Pinball Medic crated or delivered the game to the shipper.

•No shipping of backglass, marquees and other breakable parts. Glass is too hard to package and shipping companies are too clumsy to trust to deliver anything but steel coin-op parts.

• A signed game commission contract   MUST  be signed before the game or games will be posted. This will be done by mail for out of our service area games. See our service page for more information on our service area.

• We have no obligation to determine the ownership, condition or any other legal game status of a game and are only responsible for the posting of the game and collection of purchase payments, consignment payment, repair/restoration costs and fees owed to Pinball Medic.

• We reserve the right to buy or make an offer on a game before a commissioned sell game is posted. In such cases a commission is no longer expected.
